We take this opportunity to introduce our company Saudi Specialize General Contracting Company (SAFC), a 100% Saudi company, registered under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SAFC is the Industrial Construction and Support Services division of SOS Group of Companies. SAFC Rental Division began with a mission to provide customers with short and medium term rental solutions, pioneering the concept of renting equipment in Saudi Arabia. Today the division is at the forefront of this sector, offering equipment and generators for construction, mining, industrial, petroleum and agricultural applications. Our knowledgeable rental specialists and a skilled service team match the job specifications with the machines, work tools and power products customers require, eliminating downtime and ensuring a seamless rental experience

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

SAFC has established, documented, implemented and maintained the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. The effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS) is continually monitored and improved using various tools and techniques. SAFC has determined the processes and procedures needed for the Quality Management System and their application throughout the Organization. The criteria and methods needed to ensure effective operation and control of these processes by assigning concerned responsibilities has been determined SAFC has also ensured the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operations and monitoring of the process The Company monitors and measures where applicable, and analyzes the processes by conducting external and/or internal audits and reviews the procedures for effectiveness and implementation. SAFC has implemented actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of the processes through Corrective / Preventive Action’s, Management Review, etc. SAFC ensures effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of QMS by: Establishing the Management Quality Policy.

  •  Communicating the Management Quality Policy and the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory, regulatory and legal requirements, to all the employees, persons/organizations working for or on behalf of SAFC .
  •  Ensuring that the QMS Objectives are established and achieved.
  •  Determining and implementing the criteria and methods needed for the operation and control of QMS Processes.
  •  Determining and providing necessary resources and information in order to support the operation, monitoring and control of QMS processes.
  •  Monitoring, Measuring and Analyzing the QMS processes, including periodic self-assessment.
  •  Establishing and implementing control measures and actions necessary to achieve planned results.
  •  Conducting periodic Management Reviews.

GENERAL
  • SAFC has developed and documented its Quality Management System to ensure that the Products & Services of SAFC conform to the specified requirements of Customers.
  • The Quality Management System covers the organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes and resources for implementing effective Quality Management System.
  • The Quality System documented in this Quality Management System Manual, describes the policies and procedures in the various area of the SAFC , regarding different functions that ensure compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015  Standard.
  • The reference of records and specifications are available at appropriate section of this Manual. The detailed Organization Chart is given in Annex -I of this Quality Management System Manual.
  • The Quality Policy and Quality Objective statements are given in Annex-2 and Annex.3 respectively.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANUAL

SAFC has established and maintained the Quality Management System Manual that includes:

  • Scope of Quality Management System, including details and justification for any exclusion  References of documented procedures and other procedures established for the QMS.
  • SAFC has documented Work Instructions that describes special actions which need extra attention for performance of a particular step/activity.
  • These are specified only for steps/activities where it is necessary for a person to have distinctive guidance for performing those particular steps/activities.
  • Format has been determined and is filled in by various persons to give evidence of implementing Quality Management System.
